More about phase one
Phase one will provide a new town centre and a new public park – Westenhanger Castle park, adjacent to Westenhanger Castle. It will provide the first new homes, as well as commercial, retail and community facilities.
It will be home to a school, leisure facilities and plenty of green spaces for everyone to enjoy.
The town centre will directly link to Westenhanger station approach.

Otterpool Park LLP is at an exciting stage of the development of Otterpool Park and is consulting on our outline masterplan for phase one.
